I had a pleasant stay at Kerry Hotel Pudong. the location is superb with the metro station conveniently located right below. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. However, I did notice that the hotel itself could use some updates as the interior felt a bit dated. Overall, it was a good experience.

The Deluxe Twin Room I stayed in was spacious and kept very clean. though I found it a bit humid for my liking. The room was stocked with ample bottled water and fresh fruit, which was a nice touch.

The staff were truly fantastic. they were always welcoming and went the extra mile to ensure my needs were met. I want to particularly thank Ella from housekeeping for leaving a note and extra water for me.

The location couldn't be better. with a shopping mall connected to the hotel and a metro station at my doorstep, it made my travels around Shanghai a breeze. It was also close to the expo center, which was perfect for my business trip.
